**Join the team behind one of Tasmania’s most unique destinations** Iron Creek Bay Estate is currently seeking a passionate and organised **Events & Office Co-ordinator** to lead the planning and execution of exceptional events and curated guest experiences at our stunning property.

**About the Role**

As the **Events & Office Co-ordinator**, you’ll play a central role in bringing memorable experiences to life. From coordinating weddings and private functions to managing group tours, rural walks, fruit picking activities, and masterclasses — you’ll be at the heart of ensuring everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.

You’ll also help lead the operations of our Orani venue, supporting food & beverage service, guest satisfaction, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain our high standards across the board.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Plan and coordinate a range of events - weddings, corporate functions, special dining, and more
- Manage and oversee guest experiences like animal feeding, orchard tours, and group visits
- Support food & beverage operations at Orani, including reservations and service excellence
- Perform a variety of office and administrative tasks including filing, reporting, data entry, and managing event documentation
- Maintain event records and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Deliver warm, professional service that reflects Iron Creek Bay's values
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest care throughout all spaces
- Contribute to a positive team culture, smooth logistics, and consistent guest satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ Proven experience in event coordination or similar role
✔ Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Office administration or front-of-house experience is highly regarded
✔ Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
✔ A creative mindset and eye for detail
✔ Flexible availability - weekends and public holidays included
✔ Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
