**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive Support**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Help with executive research.
- Help with Agreement updates always under the support and approval of management.
**2. Administrative Management**:
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
**3. Communication & Collaboration**:
- Draft, proofread, and distribute professional communications.
- Facilitate seamless communication between executives and internal teams.
- Organise and support leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
**4. Event & Project Coordination**:
- Help to execute company events, retreats, and team-building activities.
- Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and event logistics.
**Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Eye on detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
