Laundy Hotels currently have an opportunity for an experienced **Guest Service Agent** to join our highly motivated team at the Watson's Bay Boutique Hotel in the picturesque Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Grounded on the sandy shoreline of one of Sydney’s most iconic harbour beaches, Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel sings out to those in search of endless summers, and postcard panoramic views. The Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel is a 32-room boutique hotel with the latest concept in bar and dining in Sydney.

There are number of key projects underway that will transform our approach to marketing and customer experience. These include, but are not limited to, the implementation of a new reservation management system, website re-platforming and the creation of a centralised reservations and events team.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Guest Service Agent at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, you will be responsible for:

- Handling the check-in and check-out guest experience
- Handling all accommodation and restaurant reservation enquiries
- Providing outstanding customer service and assistance to hotel and dining guests
- The accurate and timely handling of cashiering and administrative tasks
- Attracting and retaining guests through providing a high level of customer service and being knowledgeable about out services
- Working independently and unsupervised at times

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Experience in a customer service role (ideally in the accommodation industry) is preferred but not essential
- Superb customer service skills
- Immaculate presentation paralleled by attention to detail
- Ability to share your knowledge, multi-task and answer questions on many topics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- A professional and organised approach to your role
- Confidence amongst a wide variety of guests
- The ability to learn large amounts of information on every area of the venue
- Strong administrative skills including knowledge of outlook, Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Team player with a can do approach
- The flexibility to work shifts including mornings, afternoons & evenings

You will be required to work weekends, and it is expected that all applicants will hold an RSA certificate.
