Sandhurst Plastic Surgery is seeking to employ a dynamic, well presented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant / Medical Administrator for a Full-Time position supporting our Specialist Plastic Surgeon and Administration team.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- **Diary and Appointment Management** - Supporting the prioritisation and management of the Surgeons calendar. Managing patient appointments in our clinical software package and patient data entry
- **Reception /Administration** - General practice administration and reception tasks, including meet and greet of patients, invoicing and taking payments, handling a high volume of phone calls and patient enquires, chaperoning patients as required.
- **Surgical Booking ** - Book procedures at required hospitals and correspond in a timely fashion with involved parties and provide patients paperwork and knowledge of the booking process.
- **Project Management** - Support the management of various projects as requested by the Administration Liaison Officer, Practice Coordinator and Surgeon.
- **General**: Support our reception team in all processes as required and support our Surgeon in all aspects of Practice.

To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring a proven administrative skill set, and a previous PA or EA position.

- Excellent organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation.
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to a busy clinical setting.
- Highly developed communication skills across written, digital and verbal mediums.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality.
- A warm, empathetic, and friendly disposition over the phone and in person, with the ability to build strong patient relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- A high standard of work ethic, self motivated, pro-active, takes pride in work with the ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.

**Essential Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in an Administration or Reception setting (medical background highly preferred)
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role
- A current driver license
