**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals within a Residential Aged Care setting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support consumers with daily living tasks such as personal care, grooming etc.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to consumers, ensuring their wellbeing and safety
- Promote independence and encourage consumers to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the consumers care, including family members and external healthcare professionals

**Requirements**:

- Experience in providing care and support to consumers with a range of needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field such as Individual Support or Aged Care, or completed first year of Bachelor of Nursing
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check
