Secure Meters Australia Pty Ltd is a metering and data services business responsible for providing smart meters, metering solutions and data services to global utility industries and AEMO for electricity market settlement.

Main Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- To manage the operations at Melbourne office for smooth execution of product refurbishment activities, along with service partner and resolution of customer queries as per agreed SLAs. To maintain IMS and NATA lab compliances.
- To supply products on time and full in accordance with contracts and SLA’s. Monitor and improve TAT
- To monitor and maintain log of product refurbishment activity at service partner and publish MIS
- To manage and ensure spares availability for product refurbishment. Ensure periodical stock reconciliation and publish MIS
- To maintain Integrated Management Systems (QMS, EMS and OHS) to comply with the pertinent NATA/NMI and ISO standards: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS, ISO17025, NITP14-1
- To ensure data integrity with respect to delivery manifests, test data, inventory and audit data.
- To ensure cross functional interaction and generate reports on cost and operations efficiency periodically
- To ensure that products are legally compliant as required through pattern approvals and metrological test

**Recommended Professional Qualifications**
- Electronics or electrical degree/Diploma

**Recommended Experience**

Should have more than 10 years of experience in managing the operations and smooth execution of product refurbishment activities, along with service partner and resolution of customer queries as per agreed SLAs.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
