We are extremely excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of the new Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Caringbah, NSW and contribute to the leadership team in one of our large scale dedicated online facilities. This CFC will offer Home Delivery, Crowd and our first ever CFC Direct to Boot offer.

Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Product, this role will:

- Shape the future of online shopping
- Be part of the new CFC in NSW, which provides a dedicated fulfilment offering at a larger scale.
- Ensure optimal CFC operational performance for Inventory Management and Replenishment activities across all the Fresh trading departments (Bakery, Seafood, Deli, Meat, and Fruit & Veg).
- Lead, manage, and support a team to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders.

As the Fresh Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure good availability routines and practices so that stock on hand is maintained accurately and made available to support the efficient and accurate picking of Online orders
- Supervise the team to ensure shelves are replenished in timely manner, to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in full
- Demonstrate a sound Fresh Food knowledge, a commitment to quality and fresh product
- Ensure CFC tasks are completed in line with company policies and procudeures, including but not limited to food safety and security standards
- Complete all promotional planning and daily production planning for Deli/Seafood and Bakery departments
- Provide feedback, ideas and concerns to the CFC Operations Manager - Product to improve our offer to customers

- Understand the perfect order scorecard segments, Voice of Customer, and other metrics to analyse the CFC and deliver results
- Have a sound understanding of Quality Control processes and provide feedback to enable continuous improvement

**Essential knowledge and experience**:

- Retail management experience
- Fresh trading department (Deli/Bakery/Meat/Fruit & Veg) management experience
- Trading department management experience
- Experience in Bakery, Deli and Seafood production processes
- Experience in best inventory management practices
- Experience in promotional planning
- Knowledge of Online order fulfilment processes and systems
- Understanding of outbound transport processes
- Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets including CODB and throughput
- Previous experience leading and developing a diverse team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing the performance, development and engagement of team members
- Computer literate

**Desirable knowledge and experience**:

- Experience with visual merchandising and stock control
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Experience working in food online environment

**When you will be needed**:
This is a full time position requiring flexible availability across evenings and weekends to work as per business needs.
