Our office is located in Morayfield. **YOU MUST LIVE CLOSE TO OUR OFFICE**

We are seeking a contractor to operate our Specialist Cleaning business within the Brisbane area. **Must Have a Driver's licence and live in or around the Morayfield/Caboolture area as you will have to drive to our office to pick up van**

Company vehicle and equipment will all be supplied, a drivers licence and be hard working, honest, have an eye for detail and able to work independently. As you will be going into clients homes to provide a service, not only do you need to be trustworthy and well presented but have customer service skills and a positive attitude to reflect our company values

Due to working in the Aged Care sector, you will need to be Compliant which includes a current National Police Check and background checks and have a Flu Shot.

Experience in cleaning is preferred and training will be provided.

We are located in Morayfield and you will need to have your own transport to pick up the work vehicle from the office each day, so someone local to the area is preferred.

Areas covered are Caboolture/Bribie down to Brisbane and sometimes southside suburbs depending on the work demand.

Wages will be on a profit share basis (base wage per day plus profit share). Currently this is part time, Monday to Friday, averaging around 7 -8 hours per day.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Carpet & Upholstery steam cleaning

Tile & Grout steam cleaning

Window cleaning inside & outside of domestic homes up to 2 storeys high. (A Working at heights certificate will be required and can be completed if successful)

Internal cleaning of areas such as ceiling fans, light fittings, tops of cupboards etc.

Internal Walls & Ceilings cleaned

Venetian blinds and/or shutters are sometimes included

And some small area high pressure cleaning
