House Washing

**HOUSEWASHER**

We are the Franchisor (Owner) of a medium sized Home Services company with Franchisees based in Brisbane, Sunshine & Gold Coasts. Our office is located in Morayfield.

We currently have an External House Washing & Window Cleaning business that needs to be operated on a Casual Basis. The work is steady and at times very busy but usually only Monday to Friday but weekend work is increasing (commercial premises).

Company vehicle and equipment is all supplied and the applicant will need a full drivers licence and be fit, hard working, honest, have an eye for detail and able to work independently. As you will be attending clients homes to provide a service, not only do you need to be trustworthy and well presented but have customer service skills and a positive attitude to reflect our company values

Due to working in the Aged Care sector, you will need to be fully Compliant which includes a current National Police Check and background checks, plus YOU MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID and had a flu shot. A working at Heights certification is also required and if you are not already certified we can arrange a one day course prior to starting.

Wages are earned on a percentage basis of the daily takings, plus a profit share.

Experience in cleaning is preferred and training will be provided. Please note: This is HEAVY DUTY external cleaning so you must be used to lifting heavy equipment and able to work at heights and multi task as a single operator.

We are located in Morayfield and you will need to have your own transport to pick up the work vehicle from the office each day.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
All high pressure cleaning; House Washing, Driveways, paths, pavers, Roof & gutters.
Window cleaning - internal & external, tracks & screens (up to 3 stories high - will need a Working At Heights certificate)
Internal walls & ceilings washed, some other specialist cleaning eg. high areas, ceiling fans, de-cobwebbing, venetian blinds etc.

Any other cleaning as requested from time to time..

Applicant needs to be hardworking, fit and used to lifting heavy machinery & equipment, climbing up on ladders and an understanding workplace health & safety.

Must have own transport to get to and from Morayfield.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per week
