**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage accounts payable/receivable with accuracy (current system MYOB).
- Reconcile sales at store to cash/tenders received in bank
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GST and BAS
- Support financial operations across a multi-site, fast-paced retail environment.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to improve finance processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in finance officer role or bookkeeping (pharmacy, retail, or hospitality industry experience is a bonus).
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and adapt to new financial software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks.
