Become part of a renowned premium manufacturer and supplier of metal flooring and allied products with over 75 years' experience in the industry.

The role will initially start off on a casual basis (~3 months) and then transition into a full-time permanent position.

**What you will be doing**:

- Safely and efficiently operate company assets and equipment to achieve set targets in quality and volume within the logistics environment
- Actively investigate and suggest via process improvement, opportunities to eliminate waste and maximize utilization of resources available.
- Complete all required compliance documentation for Health, Safety and Quality
- Ensure product and packaging quality is in accordance with relevant specifications by inspection of received goods and finished products prior to receipt and dispatch
- Maintain high levels of work area and yard housekeeping
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Site Operations Supervisor or delegate

**What you will need**:

- Class 2 Welder
- Able to perform relative calculations to the welding and fabrication environment
- Able to interpret and manufacture required items from production drawings and work orders
- CNC and semi-automated equipment, eg pipe bending, experience desired,
- Forklift Operator License desired
- Gantry Crane Operator Competency desired
- Operation of hand tools such as grinders, drills, strappers, etc.
