**The Opportunity**:
We’re seeking a skilled Brand Strategist to lead a rebranding project for one of our non-profit clients. This is a strategic role focused on refining the organization’s identity and strengthening its connection with the community—not a design position. You’ll shape the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging while aligning the client journey and digital presence to create a cohesive, impactful brand experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Define Brand Voice & Tone**: Create a distinct and authentic brand voice and tone that reflects the organization’s mission and resonates with target audiences across all channels.
- **Build a Messaging Framework**: Develop a cohesive messaging strategy that captures the organization’s values, mission, and impact. Tailor messaging for different audience segments to maximize relatability and engagement.
- **Strategic Audience Connection**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the community’s values, needs, and aspirations, shaping a brand identity that genuinely resonates.
- **Website & Content Alignment**: Ensure that the organization’s website and digital presence align with the new brand strategy. Develop guidelines for consistent, impactful content across all digital channels.
- **Map and Refine the Client Journey**: Identify and map out each stage of the client journey, implementing improvements to enhance client satisfaction and streamline interactions.
- **Community-Centered Positioning**: Develop a brand positioning strategy that emphasizes the organization’s commitment to the community. Ensure this is reflected across all touchpoints, from social media to events and client communications.
- **Implementation Planning**: Oversee a detailed plan for launching the rebrand. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain timelines to ensure a seamless rollout.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in brand strategy, particularly for non-profits or community-centered organizations.
- Strong understanding of brand communication, audience engagement, and community-focused messaging.
- Ability to translate brand strategies into actionable plans, ensuring consistent implementation across channels.
