**Liability Claims Consultant (Graduate Opportunity)**

**What can you expect?**

As a liability claims consultant in the Brisbane team, your role will entail:

- Responsibility for the management of public liability/professional indemnity claim files including claims falling with the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act from initial contact to assessment, investigation, and resolution.
- Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers
- Providing analysis of claims as required
- Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
- Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required

**We would like you to have**:

- A Degree in Law (practicing certificate not required);
- Knowledge of Personal Injuries Proceedings Act and Civil Liability Act will be viewed favorably.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness.
- Ability to be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
- Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
