Role Summary: **Operations Center Analyst - Crew Planner** **Fixed Term (12 Months) X 2** **West Perth, WA** **Reach Beyond** CHC Helicopter is a leader in the provision of helicopter support to the offshore energy market, search & rescue, and government departments, as well as organisations requiring helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul services through its Heli-One division. Our dedication to safety and reputation for quality and innovation help our customers reach beyond what they thought possible. **All you have to do is get on board.** **Role Summary** CHC are seeking a Crew Planner to join our team based in the Perth Corporate Office. Reporting to the Regional Operations Control Centre Manager, this role is responsible for the scheduling of training for pilots and technical crew in accordance with the CHC Operations Manuals and CASA regulations. This role will be required to coordinate with the short-term planners and third party vendors to ensure the training is arranged in the most cost and time efficient manner. The role involves the development and management of the rosters for the CHC Australia Offshore Operations (>30 days). The planner will analyse the rosters for pilots to ensure compliance is met with respect to the approved Work Practices under the FRMS, roster coverage is maintained and compliance to the EBA. Cross Training in other areas of the Regional Operations Control Centre (ROCC) is also part of the role to ensure the business and Operations Centre has built in resilience. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and book travel (air, hotel, ground transport) while ensuring compliance with company policies and crew schedules. - Manage crew travel in the system in a timely and accurate manner - Review, code, and process travel invoices and reimbursements as per company guidelines. - Develop and manage crew rosters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for crew training, and be flexible for additional duties, travel, or weekend hours as needed Qualifications, Skills & Attributes: - Minimum Year 12; experience as a Scheduler/Planner with knowledge of Enterprise Agreement - Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite (Excel), and experience with document management systems - Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team - Experience in building relationships across all levels, working in diverse cultural environments, and adapting to change in a fast-paced setting At CHC we believe a diverse workforce makes us stronger.
