The position is a full time Return to Work Coordinator and will maintain a portfolio of cases and work in partnership with the HR Business Partner and the Safety team to achieve proactive intervention after work related injury, whilst contributing to an injury management program that reduces the human and financial cost of injuries.

**Are you ready to join our team?**
As the key contact for injured employees, this key role ensures a supported and timely RTW program is in place in order to maximise rehabilitation outcomes for workers, minimise impacts on insurance premiums while maintaining a positive safety culture.
**Skills and Expertise You bring to the role**:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in workers compensation case management
- Current Australian drivers’ licence is required
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workers compensation and work, health and safety legislation
- Experience in Injury Management Programs and Return to Work in a large complex working environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage your schedule and deadlines
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to obtain optimal outcomes whilst complying to legislation
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to develop claim and implement strategies on worker’s compensation claims
