**About the Role**

As an Organisation Development Advisor, you will contribute to the co-design and delivery of a range of strategic people programs, projects and initiatives. Council is embarking on a transformation journey, this position will play a crucial role in supporting this journey through;
- Supporting the design of Capability and Competency frameworks
- Implementing Councils Leadership Development Program
- Delivering Councils Employee Engagement Program
- Learning Management System Guidance
- Oversight of Councils Gender Equality Action Plan Objectives
- Contribute to the delivery of Workforce Plan Initiatives

- 5+ years’ experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development or Human Resources
- Experience in project management
- Experience in consultation and facilitation
