The role of Safety Partner is to work alongside centres and manage actual or potential Workplace Health and Safety incidents and child protection matters. The Safety Partner will follow processes within Goodstart to enable the necessary investigations, root cause analysis, follow up and close out incidents.

**Your Impact**:
Respond to all enquires regarding to child and adult safety related matters and notify authorities in line with legislative requirements and timeframes.
Responsible for the end-to-end management of reported incidents including engagement with external and internal stakeholders.
Provide advice to all departments and employees on specific Work Health and Safety (WHS)nationally enquiries.
Support to develop, review and maintain procedures, training programs and resources.
Conduct risk assessment and provide advice on appropriate hazard/ risk control measures.
Coach and mentor operational teams and employees in relation to WHS and other regulatory matters.
