Workshop Manager

Since 2008 our client has delivered superior-quality structural steel to the domestic and construction building industries. To support our client's continued growth, we are looking for a full-time Fabrication Workshop Manager for their busy Brendale workshop.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage all fabrication tradespeople
- Ensure that projects stay on or under budget
- Reviewing drawings, allocating tasks to the fabrication team
- CAD drawing of steel members
- Material and resource procurement
- Coordinate transport and deliveries

**Tickets, Licences and experience**:

- Trade qualification as Boilermaker, Heavy Fabrication Pathway
- previous experience in the domestic and commercial construction industries
- previous experience working within a fabrication workshop
- previous experience in heavy steel fabrication, including welding
- previous experience with AutoCAD
- full Australian working rights
- valid drivers licence
- high-Risk Forklift Licence (preferred)
- high-Risk Dogger Licence (preferred)
