We’re currently looking for a **Workshop Administrator** to support our heavy vehicle maintenance operations. This is a **part-time, onsite role**, perfect for someone looking to work steady hours across five days a week.

**About the Role**

As our Workshop Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop. You'll be responsible for:

- Creating and entering job cards for our heavy vehicle mechanics
- Keeping accurate records of parts ordered, including pricing
- Assisting with safety audits and maintaining compliance records
- Providing consistent admin support to the existing workshop admin
- Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager
