**TEN Recruitment** are in partnership with a family owned civil and mining contractor who specialise in bulk earthworks, the supply of mobile mining and earthmoving equipment, road haulage and heavy transportation, and rehabilitation services.

**Job Specific**
- Provide support to Site Supervisors & Senior Surveyors.
- Preliminary office design work in preparation for field set out.
- Creation and transfer of survey data from office to field, including set outs, pegging and files.
- for GPS guided machines.
- Set out details for mining activities, road construction and other works as required.
- Monitor works to maximise efficiency and minimise reworks.
- Ensure site activities remain within tolerances and meet specification.
- Monitor stockpile volumes and materials to remain within tolerances.
- Preparation of as-constructed survey and data presentation.
- Service, Maintain and troubleshoot Surveying & GPS equipment.
- Discuss designs and set outs with Leading Hands & Supervisors.
- Maintain and daily pre-start of light vehicle & equipment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Essential - Qualification in Mine Surveying.
- Desirable - Authorised Mine Surveyor.
- Current drivers’ licence.
- Knowledge of mining and earthmoving processes.
- In depth knowledge of GPS Surveying Equipment including machine guidance.
- Competent in Surpac software and computer skills.
- Ability to use modern office equipment.
- Proven numerical and literacy skills.
- Keep informed of technical and legislative requirements and changes.
