**The centre and the role**

This centre provides an environment and learning culture for children age 0-5 years only to be active and engaged learners. A child’s ability is one factor in achievement; however, the amount of effort a child makes has, even more to do with their success in learning. Each child has the natural ability to question, interpret and understand the world around them. The educational focus is on the individual strengths and needs of the child and children are always encouraged to explore, have opinions and provide suggestions.

**Your day will see you**:

- Working with a wonderful team you will be responsible for planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
- Maintain ongoing records of the children’s development, program and daily information.
- Assisting with daily room tasks - e.g. activity preparation and meal times.
- Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations

**You will need**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Have experience in working with children aged 0-6.
- Have a great personality and passion for children and their development.
- Be a creative and cooperative team person who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages.
- Be committed to excellence in early childhood education and care.
- Have the right to live and work in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
