We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who is eager to contribute to a nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will play a key role in implementing our educational programs and supporting children’s development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate daily routines and activities for children
- Create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes exploration and learning
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs and activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Mentor and support less experienced staff and trainees

**Requirements**:

- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check - willing to obtain
- First Aid & CPR - willing to obtain

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Certificate I - IV (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid /CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
