Clinica Lase operates out of two locations - Carlton and Ballarat - and has recently relocated and

expanded its Carlton clinic to encompass more skin, health, and wellness focused treatments in a

two-story, 13 room facility.

**There is flexibility for the right person in the role to undertake either full-time or part-time work.**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver expert and personalised customer service.
- Build a strong clientele through customer engagement and recruitment.
- Provide various treatments and any follow up care to clients in a professional and organised manner.
- Answer phone calls & make appointments.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Passionate about skin.
- Proactive and results focused.
- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Meet skincare product sales targets.
- Values patient care and outcomes.
- Excellent at building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work in a team but can perform as a solo practitioner when required.

The below experience is preferred; however we will also consider a new graduate or dermal student;
- Experienced with lasers & has completed a Laser Safety Course.
- Holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Sciences.
