**The Role**:
The Clinic Co-Ordinator position will be a crucial role for the effective functioning of our Clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Manage the daily operations of the Clinic.

2. Maintain a high level of standards throughout the clinic.

4. Schedule and co-ordinate appointments.

5. Work Reception with customer service that is second-to-none.

6. Assisting Operations Manager & Owner with day-to-day duties.

7. Supervise, roster and support our Dermal Clinicians, Nurses and Doctors.

8. Assisting with in-room preparation.

9. Retailing products

10. Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.

11. Address client inquiries and resolve complaints.

12. Provide information about clinic procedures, policies, and services.

**Required Skills**:
**Strong Communication Skills**:Ability to deal with various personalities and cultures and build a strong rapport

with clients, staff and our product partners is a must.

**Sound Organisational Skills**: A strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and make decisions quickly

and effectively.

**Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to resolve issues, queries, conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly

whilst offering solutions is required.

**Attention to Detail**: Ability to minute details and actioning items soundly with minimum effort is required

**Leadership Strengths**: Ability to lead and motivate your team continuously. Maintaining a family feel and

harmony in the workplace is a must.

**Autonomy**:Although support from above is always readily available, a level of autonomy will be expected for

the everyday running and decision making of the clinic. Therefore, self-confidence to think quick and make the

right decision is required.

**IT Support**:Ability to maintain and fix small IT issues such as printer connections, installing new PC software,

plugging in phones etc.

**Industry Experience**: Previous knowledge or experience in our field/Timely software would be highly

advantageous
