The Office Manager APAC assists in the daily management and care of employees in Magnite’s operations APAC offices (Sydney, Singapore, Japan). We are looking for an individual to manage office inventory record keeping, office and kitchen supply order management, and coordination of the Company’s lunch program. We want someone who is flexible, able to work in a fast-paced workplace, and able to make decisions that drive team productivity. This position will be asked to work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
In this role you will (Listing of duties/responsibilities):
- Manage our office vendor relationships (food, supplies, building management, maintenance)
- Manage our lunch program in Sydney and coordinate the delivery of groceries on a weekly/biweekly basis
- Interact and liaise with different all APAC offices for furniture, fixes, food and groceries
- Manage and adhere office supplies and maintenance budgets
We’re looking for someone with (List of requirements in order of experience, skills, and competencies):
- 2+ years of experience as an office manager or related administrative capacity
- Superior customer service skills and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to lift items up to 35 lbs
- Must be available to work flexible hours
- Able to follow-through on assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Must pay attention to details and be able to identify problems
- Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be flexible to work with team members in various time zones
