**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings on various platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires in TANDA, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS and other HR databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and organising people related events and activities.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- High level of experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
