**Right at Home** is looking for full time Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full recruitment process for field staff and internal management staff from posting a job advert, short-listing, making expert recommendations, facilitate and manage the orientations for all new staff and managing the ongoing compliance.

About the role
- Collaborate with Case Managers to understand the Recruitment Needs
- Recruitment of staff across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region
- Complete weekly orientations for all new staff onboarding
- Manage all worker compliance to ensure all staff have updated compliance items
- Annual performance reviews for all staff
- Award interpretation and contract preparation
- Develop and release job postings on several platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Provide reporting to management team as needed
- General ad-hoc recruitment administration capabilities (attention to detail a must)

**Preferred Skills**:
To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in high-volume recruitment across different levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Self-motivation with the ability to prioritise and manage time and work efficiently
- Exposure or experience working within community care
- Desirable
- Experience supporting employer branding, process improvement
- Exceptional attention-to-detail and a data-driven approach with a good understanding of market/hiring trends
- A passion for delivering strategic, proactive and customer-centric outcomes
- Current Police Check and Drivers License.
