**Job Description**:
This strategic PR & Communications role is integral to Colliers’ reputation management, revenue growth and brand dominance. This permanent part-time (2-3 days a week) position will drive the evolution of our Queensland external communication and content strategy.

This individual will work closely with our senior leaders, the media, our research team, key industry bodies and other key internal stakeholders. You will report to the State Chief Executive of QLD and work closely with the National Director of Marketing & Communications and form part of our national PR and Communications Team.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring our share of media voice through generating PR coverage of our market activity, research and thought leadership
- Work in collaboration with our teams to create PR strategies to support major prepositioning and pursuit efforts
- Building key relationships with journalists and industry groups
- Influencing our content marketing strategy across our communication channels

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an individual with the following attributes:

- 5 years + experience and degree qualified
- Relevant experience within the property industry or strong B2B experience
- Close media relationships, in particular the national property and business press
- Ability to influence
- Excellent communications skills and exemplary writing ability.
