Inspirational Tea Co. are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant to join our growing beverage business. We are looking for individuals that are eager to put their commitment and enthusiasm to work on ensuring we consistently delight our customers. We want people who have attention to detail, are proactive and enjoy flexibility in a role.

This role is casual with potential to move to part time.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in creating a seamless E-Commerce operations and order fulfilment process, maximising orders shipped each day.
- Assist in delivery of the best customer service experience for E-Commerce and Wholesale customers.
- Positively and proactively resolve system issues, order delays and complaints when required.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment.

This role would suit a parent looking for school hour work, or a university Marketing student looking for extra cash with potential to progress to Marketing Assistant.

You will learn how to build a brand and run an ecommerce store in growth phase.

Some tasks will be repetitive such as packing orders.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
