Based in our modern and quirky office in Subiaco, a short walk from the train station, and a carpark directly underneath our building, commuting will be an ease. We’re all about supporting local, so Itches frequent everything Subi has to offer, be it the new coffee shop, Mexican bar or our old faithful, The Subi (which you’ll be able to see from your desk).

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

While our work environment is laid back, this is still a serious job; the Marketing + Media Coordinator is a fundamental part to the success of our business. This is an end-to-end marketing cover, we are looking for a jack of all trades when it comes to strategy, execution, creativity and analytics.

You will be responsible for:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with management.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
- Schedule Social Media content using a scheduling tool.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and implement them when applicable.
- Update and maintain the Itch website with new blogs, job advertisements, and staff members as required, while ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Identify and attract segmented target audiences for the company.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

The most important asset for us is someone who is able to “speak” in different voices - Itch Group, consists of 4 very different markets and target audiences. You will be looking after Itch Professional, Drilling, Communications and Trades. You won’t be successful in the role without being able to do this. We also want someone who is happy to push the envelope and isn’t afraid to be a little bit cheeky. We are also looking for:

- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated history of producing quality social media content.
- Experience building and managing websites, including a basic understanding of CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient - Adobe Creative Suite
