**The Role**

In this role, you will work closely with the Construction Manager to build relationships with our internal and external stakeholders as well as achieve our business objectives in quality, production and safety. This role would suit a Plumber with new homes experience who is looking for a position with great support, variety and flexibility to enjoy a superior work life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Organization of residential new homes plumbing installations
- Effective communication with our customers, subcontractors, and co-workers
- Ensuring plumbing installations are compliant and to a high standard
- Managing the production, quality and safety on our home builds

**You**

You will be required to have a demonstrated ability in:

- WA Plumbing experience
- Adopt a safety first mindset
- Well-developed customer service skills and leadership capabilities
- Willingness for ongoing training and a desire to improve skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current trade qualifications
- Previous Supervision experience is not essential as full training will be provided
