**The Opportunity**:
We require an Assistant to join the Corporate Secretarial Services team
**based in Brisbane, Queensland**. You will be challenged to deliver excellent support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Duties include;**
- Managing the corporate secretarial compliance of a portfolio of unlisted companies, both proactively and reactively, including completing forms, minutes and lodging documents/notifications with ASIC and other Government bodies.
- Planning, attending and minuting client meetings.
- Assisting with ASX company secretarial compliance, providing a great opportunity to learn or improve your listed company expertise.
- Maintaining databases and other tracking tools as required.

You will have:

- A desire to build a career in corporate governance and compliance.
- Experience in an administration / support role with some exposure to ASIC lodgements. (_Perhaps you're already in a junior corporate governance role and wanting room to grow or maybe your working in an accounting / professional service firm and wanting to take that leap into corporate governance.)_
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team are essential.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
