Market Research Field Manager

Are you experienced in Market Research field management? Or interested in learning about market research field management?
Micromex is a thriving Market Research organisation located on the Central Coast. With a 24 seat Central Coast based call centre, and field teams across Australia we manage a diverse range of research methodologies and work with a multitude of clients.
We are looking for one or two staff to be part of our Market Research field operations. Get involved in project development and setup, work on project initiatives, and have the field operations running like clockwork with your exceptional organisational and time management skills. Lead your team to achieving rewarding results and have fun while you do it
- Logical thinking with the ability to problem solve
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing a team
- Experience meeting KPIs
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm toward work tasks and goals
- Outstanding organisation skills
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be willing to work from our Central Coast office.
