PMO Lead

**Region APC > Constrcution & Operations APAC > PMO APAC**

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a support function to construction projects (onshore and offshore) across APAC. PMO APAC consists of approximately 50 employees and manages Process, Risk, Lesson Learned, Cost Control, Planning/Scheduling and Documentation Control across the various construction projects across the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, standardize, document and implement optimal construction processes across the APAC region for onshore and offshore projects
- Where possible, align with global procedures or ensure that the APAC procedures are captured in global systems
- Actively drive the capture and management of Construction Risks
- Conduct Risk and Process training sessions and update training documentation
- As the Administrator of ARM (Vestas Risk Management tool), manage all administration associated with ARM (licenses, reports etc)
- Drive proactive risk identification, management and close out across APAC projects
- Proactively drive risk mitigations to eliminate/minimise impact from project risks
- Set up and drive Governance relating to risk management and processes
- Support global risk management activities as required (e.g. Enterprise Risk Management)
- Support various process initiatives as required
- Support global initiatives related to construction procedures/processes as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Certified Document Controller

**Competencies**
- Ability to quickly understand new processes and help drive them
- Document Management experience required
- Proven track record in documenting and implementing best practice systems and processes
- Wind Farm experience preferred
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Cost awareness and customer orientation
- Experience with teams in a major project portfolio environment
- Basic understanding of Risk Management
- Software intuition
- Experience in management reporting (big picture as well as details)
- Experience in high pressure situations in major construction management environment
