- Bulk Baking, Cooking and Packaging at our Commercial Kitchen in Burwood

**ROLE**:
We are looking for a bright individuals, whom are highly reliable, well organised with a can do pro-active approach. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about food and enjoy a team environment. Knowledge of food ingredients and basic nutrition is a bonus
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Schedule and Manage Day to Day Tasks
- Manage End to End Procurement and Onboarding
- Rostering - Processing Leave Requests - Liaise with Staff Shift Replacements
- Processing Orders Liaising with the Kitchen
- Updating and Implementing Systems and Documents
- General Administration Duties
- Group Chat Monitoring
- Assist with Ordering
- Prompt Handling of Customer Inquiries
- Marketing Social Posting
- Devising Marketing Material
- Project Self Management
- Assist with Deliveries Errands
- Liaise with Accounts Persons
- Guide New Staff
- House Clean Files Regularly
- Event Set-Ups where Required
**APPLICANT EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Office Administration
- Intermediate Skill in MS Office and Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Attention to Detail and Organisation
- Confidence and willing to deal with problems & new tasks
- Multi-tasker, Focused with a Can-do Friendly Attitude
- Well Presented with an Interest in Healthy Living
