NEPEAN Conveyors NSW is an innovative provider of fully engineered turnkey conveying and materials handling solutions, from concept to commissioning for some of the world's largest mining companies. Established in 1985, we manufacture and market high powered bulk materials handling conveyor systems and components as well as provide on-site installation, maintenance, and relocation of conveyor installations.

**Our Opportunity**

To support our ongoing growth, our NEPEAN Conveyors team are searching for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Unanderra, NSW. Daily duties will include however are not limited to.
- Represent NEPEAN Conveyors as the primary point of contact with our sub-contractors for activities as defined for each project or shut.
- Manage, schedule, organise NEPEAN personnel, contractors, equipment, and materials required to undertake works that NEPEAN Conveyors have been engaged for in your designated area. Works including but not limited inspections, shipping management, workshop assembly, factory
acceptance tests with clients, and documentation requirements.
- Manage the monitoring of quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material, check working drawings, construction and specifications against site plans and conditions and arrange corrections or modifications where necessary.
- Participate in tender activities with sub-contractors and suppliers when required.
- Offer assistance and explanation when difficulties arise, ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company.
- Seek new opportunities to grow the business in your designated area with support of the management team.
- Assist with preparation of quotations for customers utilising the NEPEAN Conveyors CRM, Sales Systems, and Processes.
- Manage and process received orders utilising the NEPEAN Conveyors PRONTO ERP package including but not limited to management of financial budgets, processing purchases, and managing documentation within each project.
- Participate in all internal scheduled meetings and report on activities in your designated area.
- Record and report on project progress at regular intervals.

**The Right Person**
- Ideally have experience within a similar role and have bulk material handling background or heavy industrial/mining experience.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma of Engineering or Project Management is preferred
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Experience in problem-solving and working within a collaborative environment.
