About the Role

Are you passionate about compliance, safety, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders? Liebherr’s Tower Cranes Division is looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference by driving safety and compliance initiatives across our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert HSE advice and leadership to meet project safety requirements.
- Support out site teams to enhance HSE capability.
- Develop and implement safety management plans, risk assessments, and compliance systems.
- Conduct audits, site inspections, and support critical operations to ensure compliance with ISO45001 standards.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks, including the preparation of tender submissions and technical documentation to facilitate project operations as well as overseeing client portal requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders to meet and exceed compliance expectations.

**About you**:

- Diploma or equivalent in WHS (preferred).
- At least 5 years’ HSE experience in construction or similar critical risk industries.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Proven expertise in risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Competency in report writing, project management, and systems management.
