**Position Available**:
**Personal High-Intensity Support Workers**:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide respectful and dignified care tailored to each client's needs.
- Every participant has individual needs. Assist with medication organisation, Assist with day to day activities such as shopping, community access.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide respectful, dignified, and individualised care tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Manage high-intensity tasks such as:
- Epilepsy monitoring and emergency response
- Medication administration and management
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Wound care and management of pressure injuries
- Behavioural support for clients with complex needs
- Support clients in community access and daily errands, ensuring safety and inclusivity.
- Experience or relevant training in high-intensity support areas, such as epilepsy and tracheostomy care (If not, Our Management will teach you)
- **A compassionate and empathetic approach with strong interpersonal skills**:
- **The ability to remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations**:
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support or Nursing (preferred but not required)
