**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Export Coordinator and Customer Service team member to complement our Export operatins team in Mascot, NSW.

We offer a hybrid working model, flexible working and ongoing skills development to assist you to reach your career goals. In turn, we require a process oriented individual with an administrative background, ideally in freight forwarding though not essential. You will be naturally organized with the ability to plan your workload effectively whilst collaborating with multiple internal business units and external customers. Your previous roles will have required you to possess an agile mindset, able to adapt what you're doing to suit changes in circumstances and will have encompassed multi-step processes and work requiring excellent attention to detail. We use Cargowise1 and Microsoft office suite day to day and can provide training on systems if you can learn them quickly.

As an Export Operator, you will:

- Manage multiple customers' orders through booking freight, and tracking the order to its final destination
- Coordinate and liaise with airline, shipping lines and co-loaders to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare and manage costs, invoices and reporting for each shipment as well as other ad hoc admin tasks.
- Manage last mile with internal and external stakeholders, investigating and providing solutions to any issues that arrive with the delivery.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Knowledge of domestic and international supply chain management would be an advantage but not essential.
- Administrative mindset and process orientated with the ability to manage multiple processes effectively.
- The ability to learn new systems and work collaboratively with internal departments and external customers,
- The desire to continually grow and add to your skillset.
