**Marine Parts & Accessories Sales**

Haines Hunter and the Marine Centre are seeking a person to work in Marine Sales - Retail

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

**About the Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a new member for our parts and retail store

You will be flexible, proactive, motivated and able to provide a high level of customer service.

Specific on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant

**What will you do?**
- Process internal and external sales through the computer system
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Provide advice and information on products
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
- Maintaining store displays, ensuring a well-presented store, including stocking and cleaning shelves
- Perform inventory control/stocktake
- Procure items needed for jobs that are not in stock
- Assist with monitoring stock levels

**Essential Qualities**:

- Proven Track record in Marine industry sales
- Good positive attitude and an excellent work ethic
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Professional presentation
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- The ability to use a computer
- Good attitude & willingness to learn
- Available for weekend work

**Salary**: $27.40 - $35.94 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derrimut, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 3 years (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
