- This is an exciting time at Vinnies as we are implementing a new strategy that focuses on service excellence and growth. To enable this, we are seeking to grow our income with an investment in our retail, commercial enterprise, and fundraising operations so that we can provide more services to people in need in our communities.- We are seeking a dynamic
- ** Executive Director Retail, Commercial Enterprise and Fundraising** to lead the growth in our revenue streams through excelling in our retail, commercial enterprise, and fundraising operations.- This Executive Director position reports to the CEO and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The position oversees the development and delivery of retail, commercial and fundraising growth initiatives, optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness and the building of a highly engaged workforce. The Commercial Enterprise and Fundraising directorate consist of a retail and distribution division with 227 shops and 8 distribution centres, a Commercial Enterprise division with 7 Container Deposit Scheme sites and a well-established Fundraising division. The directorates workforce comprises over 570 employees and 4,000 volunteers.**Desirable criteria**:
