This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quarry Supervisor to join our team.

As a Quarry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the quarry, ensuring that production targets are met and that all safety and environmental standards are adhered to. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of workers, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quarry operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the quarry, ensuring that production targets are met
- Managing and leading a team of workers, providing training and development opportunities
- Ensuring that all safety and environmental standards are adhered to
- Fostering a positive work culture
