The Business Lending Transformation Delivery (BLTD) team reports into the Chief Technology Office (CTO) within the Consumer and Business Banking (CBB) Division. We provide transformation leadership for the Business Lending Line of Business (BL LOB)

The BLTD team is resourced by a talented group of individuals providing business and technology leadership to the deliver multiple Programs and projects on-time and within budget; and providing hands-on problem solving of the most complex transformation issues.

Our effort results in better execution against Westpac’s fix, simplify, and growth agendas.

**How will I help?**

In this role you will provide oversight of the whole portfolio including reporting, portfolio financial management, resource management, governance and compliance to delivery frameworks and management of the Business Lending Steering Forum.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Recommend actions regarding management of the Portfolio (eg funding approvals)
- Help co-ordinate funding and approval submissions for Portfolio
- Report on whether projects are delivering capabilities in line with the baselined scope, schedule, costs and benefits in line with the agreed investment plans
- Management of the Portfolio schedule and interdependencies through tracking, analysis and feedback to the Portfolio Director
- Provide strategic oversight, informing the Portfolio or project when reporting policy or strategy changes (e.g, within the DX)

**What do I need?**

You will have proven experience as a PMO Manager working on medium to large portfolios with an indicative cost up to $20M and a portfolio or project duration of 18 months.

In addition, you will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Project Management qualifications (Prince 2, P30, etc)
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder expectations, across different business divisions
- Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices
- Excellent attention to detail

A Financial Services background is preferred.
