**The Business**

Haircare Group and evo are a growing and dynamic importer, exporter, manufacturer and distributor of prestige hairdressing supplies and products (including evo, MoroccanOil, Olaplex & Color Wow). With significant turnover, and exporting to 35 countries, this family business is a South Australian success story uniquely poised for future growth, with operations in NZ, US, Europe and across Australia.

**The role**

This role represents a rare opportunity for an astute senior lawyer with strong legal, commercial and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior executives in the business to produce nimble and commercially savvy legal advice. Suited to a front-end lawyer, you will advise on contractual arrangements and negotiate contracts, deal with issues related to IP, provide governance, company secretarial and regulatory advice, assist with disputes, and develop risk mitigation strategies for the business. Your key relationships will be with executives and leaders.

In addition to sound legal skills and quality front end experience, you will bring enthusiasm and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in achieving commercial objectives. Suited to lawyers with 7+ years of experience gained in a quality commercial firm or in-house team.
