**About The Role**

New ROADS is a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing holistic and innovative drug and alcohol and comorbidity services. We provide 1:1 counselling, group work, case management and residential rehabilitation across our service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is keen to join the team and provide the highest standard of client support. This role will have a specialist focus within our residential rehabilitation service and In Home Detox, also engaging in outpatient case work and group work. **_Multiple Part Time Roles Available_**
- The New ROADS Case Worker role incorporates a diverse mix of responsibilities including:_
- office and outreach based, therapeutic and practical AOD services for our residential client group
- supporting people who are accessing our AOD residential program to make long term, healthy changes in their lives
- developing partnerships with the community to create better outcomes for clients and drive referrals into the service
- breaking down the stigma associated with AOD and mental health issues

**About You**

You will possess a minimum of Cert IV in AOD or equivalent education, or a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or other related field. You will have demonstrated professional experience in providing intensive support and case work with clients. You will have experience working with internal staff and external stakeholders from other agencies. Additionally, you will have a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of clients, community groups and agencies.

**About the Remuneration**
- This role is remunerated at the Uniting Communities General Staff Agreement, Professional Level 3_
