We represent a prominent global energy and infrastructure organisation who are known in the marketplace for their supportive and welcoming team culture. Our client is looking to add a high-performing
**in-house Legal Counsel** to their risk and governance team, based in Adelaide.

**The Team**

Our client's in-house legal team comprises a talented group of senior lawyers who support the wider organisation with commercial, risk, compliance, and governance needs.

**The Role**

This role will see you assisting our client by managing a wide range of stakeholders and providing legal advice across industry regulatory issues, commercial transactions, property and conveyancing as well as legislative developments, contract negotiation, and broader ad hoc legal matters. In particular, you will be responsible for:

- Providing proactive legal advice and negotiating to achieve favorable business outcomes.
- Drafting and preparing correspondences and contracts to progress legal matters.
- Drafting and reviewing other documents to protect client interests and assisting with dispute resolution.

**Requirements**:
**between 3 and 8 years Post Admission Experience** in addition to the:

- Experience gained in a reputable private practice or in-house team;
- The ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships;
- The ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment.
