One of our client is seeking a Change Manager to join their team in Canberra. This is a great opportunity to join a federal government team that has seen recent funding added for exciting projects

**What will you be doing?**

**Training and guidance for staff to better utilise technology**:

- Determine expected knowledge level(s) for staff across the department;
- Review existing learning and development opportunities to increase staff knowledge;
- Identify any gaps in staff learning and development opportunities and develop approaches to address these gaps;
- Develop guides and other supporting material for existing knowledge; and
- Engage with stakeholders and develop a schedule to raise knowledge and awareness across the department.

**Engage with staff through a communications strategy to raise awareness and clarify responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to develop an appropriate Communications Strategy;
- Identify and deliver those components of the Communications Strategy that will be the responsibility of the Information Governance Team; and
- Identify indicators and measures to confirm effectiveness of the Communications Strategy as well as any change in level of Information Governance awareness in the agency due to the improvements in knowledge from the above actions.
