**kills / Pre-requisites**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in TIBCO EBX (ideally should have played Technical Lead role on at least 2 TIBCO EBX implementations).
- Proficiency in MDM foundational and data modeling concepts.
- Experience working with master customer data & their hierarchy and reference data.
- Experience involving Data Modeling, Perspectives Development, Workflow Development, Data Exchange, APIs, and SQL functions.
- Development experience with TIBCO EBX 6.x
- Experience with real-time integration (SOAP, REST, JMS, ESB technology, etc.) as well as batch integration (file based) between MDM & other systems.
- AWS Cloud experience required.
- Java development experience required (for customizations).
- Must have experience collaborating with integration teams.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
