Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education OR studying towards your Bachelor (with previous early childhood experience)
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child’s learning development
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal
