**About the role (Fixed Term 3 - 5 year contract role)**
As the new Service Manager Organisational Capability and Performance, you will use your skills and passion for continuously improving the way that we do business and build the foundation for workforce capability and culture.
You will leave your mark by establishing best practice corporate frameworks and systems that drive organisational performance, making our City ‘the best place to be’.
You will be an impact player and an excellent communicator with a demonstrated ability to guide our leadership team through all facets of business planning, organisational development, and organisational performance. You need to be able to make the tough decisions and handle complex and time-critical tasks effectively.
- Track record of building of workforce capability through innovative solutions.
- Ability to speak to everyone and anyone and are an active listener.
- Are a planner - you are structured, and outcome orientated.
- Thinking methodically and analytically are your strengths.
- Have a love for data, trends and metrics that will actively inform strategic business decisions.
- Tertiary qualifications and experience in organisational development, business planning and/or management.
